re:cap completes first French PV project portfolio for FP Lux Investments
Zug, 31st March 2022. The Luxembourg special fund provider FP Lux Investments acquires its first French photovoltaic portfolio for the RE Infrastructure Opportunities fund. The three ground-mounted projects are located in the regions of Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and have a total capacity of 13 MWp. The parks can supply 3,000 households with renewable energy, saving around 9,000 tons of CO2 per year. The parks are already in operation and benefit from the French PV feed-in tariff for 20 years. The seller of the park is global renewable energy company BayWa r.e. The transaction was accompanied by the internationally active investment advisor re:cap global investors ag, based in Zug.
